May I add a custom engraving?

Are matches included?

Yes, indeed. Each Glaze matchbox includes thick-cut wooden safety matches that are sure ignite with ease. Please note, these are safety matches, not strike-anywhere matches.

What happens when I run out of matches?

Restock your Glaze wooden matchbox with our 5" match refills and strike away!

What should I do once the striking surface wears down?

We will gladly replace it. Every Glaze wooden matchbox is eligible for our Matchbox Care Service. This is a complimentary full-service refurbishment - just cover shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our matchboxes outside of USA or Canada due to IATA restrictions around safety matches. If interested in an international shipment of a matchbox without matches, we'd be happy to arrange it. Please contact us.
