After placing an order, please allow up to 3 business days for your items to ship from our design studio. Custom orders take up to 10 days. Once shipped, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for UPS to deliver your order.

Yes, we offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select.

Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided at checkout for each express shipping option, and select accordingly. We are a small operation here at Glaze Studio, and need up to 2 business days to process your express order.

Absolutely. Please add your message in your cart's "gift note" section. It is located in the bottom left corner of your cart drawer.

We offer limited international shipping. Due to IATA restrictions around safety matches, we are unable to ship our matchboxes outside of USA and Canada. If interested in arranging an international shipment of our U Candles, please contact us for a quote.

We offer a $55 flat rate fee on all shipments to Canada. This is the DDP price which covers shipping, customs clearance, UPS brokerage fees, duties and taxes. Most shipments to Canada actually cost us more than $55, but we pay the difference in order to reach our Canadian customer base.

We will ship your order via USPS if you provide a P.O. Box as your shipping address at checkout.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. We have a daily UPS pickup at our studio, and our driver frequently does not scan at time of pickup. Tracking will register as soon as your package is scanned at a UPS sorting center.

All orders are shipped from our design studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
