Are matches included?
Yes, each Glaze matchbox includes thick-cut wooden safety matches that are sure ignite with ease. Please note, these are safety matches, not strike-anywhere matches.
What happens when I run out of matches?
Restock your Glaze matchbox with our 5" match refills and strike away!
What should I do once the striking surface wears down?
Submit a Matchbox Care Service request. This is a complimentary full-service refurbishment that covers striking surface replacement and repairs for all Glaze matchbox customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our matchboxes outside of USA or Canada due to IATA restrictions around safety matches. If interested in an international shipment of a matchbox without matches, we'd be happy to arrange it. Please contact us.
