    May I add match refills to my cart along with this service request?

    Yes, we encourage it! You may add Match Refills and any other items from our assortment to your cart alongside this service request.

    I purchased my Glaze matchbox from another store. Is it still eligible for this service?

    Yes, all Glaze matchboxes are eligible for our care service.

    May I replace the striking surface myself?

    Be our guest! Please select the self-service option above, and we will ship you a complimentary replacement striking surface. It works just like a sticker. Peel off the old and stick on the new. Please note, the old striker may leave a sticky residue that requires a bit of effort to fully remove.

    How long does the full-service refurbishment take?

    7-10 days.

    We believe in longevity and forever pieces. We want you to enjoy our products, not just display them. For these reasons, we gladly offer to replace the striking surface and cover repairs on us. It is truly a pleasure to receive a well-worn matchbox for refurbishment and give it continued life.

    This candle is gorgeous! It looks amazing styled on top of a couple books or near some ceramics. I love looking at it. I probably won't light it but the company who makes it sells a "refill" so that's good to know. It arrived in a beautiful gift box so this would make a good gift as well.
